Become a Mystery Shopper with PAN Research As a Mystery Shopper you will be visiting our client stores, or making phone enquiries, about the products and services they offer. Typically you would be visiting, or calling, pubs, car dealerships, banks, retail stores or insurance companies. You would be provided with a scenario for the visit and the questions you need to ask. You would also be given a report to complete which assessed the level of service you received. Mystery Shopping is flexible and occasional work that you can fit around your current commitments. We are looking for honest, reliable and observant people who are capable of writing an online report based on their experience. It is essential that you have a computer and a printer, and access to email/Internet at home. Full guidelines and training are provided before each project commences.
