VISITOR INFORMATION

PETS - Strictly NOT allowed in this accommodation

RUBBISH - Please put all rubbish in a black bag and when it is full place in the grey bin at the back.

ELECTRICITY - this is supplied via the card meter on the side of the garage; you will have to bring the plastic card to the supermarket on main street, (amounts are in £5 multiples) they will give you a long number which you should key in; use the metal key to open the meter  box and follow the instructions on the inside of the keypad flap.

CENTRAL HEATING - this is controlled from the dock in the utility room. The domestic water is also heated when the central heating is on.

TELEVISION - there are numerous stations on the TV, stations are digitally received.

BROADBAND - please synchronise your laptop/smartphone/tablet etc to the wireless modem.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  This is NOT unlimited broadband and is capped at 40Gb; once this is used you will have to rely on your mobile data.

IMMERSION HEATER - The switch is above the worktop to the left of the microwave but don't  forget to switch it off after use as this will increase your electric usage.

BED LINEN - this has been provided in all of the bedrooms. You will find additional linen in the airing cupboard on the landing.

SMOKING - please be aware that the property is strictly a non-smoking accommodation. This includes e cigarettes.

UTILITIES - The Freezer, Tumble Dryer and Washing Machine are located in the Utility room and the Dishwasher is in the kitchen.

KEYS - collection and return of keys will be by arrangement.

END CLEANING - there is a £40 deduction for this (negotiable)*
